1. As an emulsifier and stabilizer: Poloxamer is one of the few synthetic emulsifiers used in intravenous emulsions as a water in oil emulsifier. Dosage: 0.1% to 5%. The emulsion prepared with this product has fewer milk particles, usually within 1 μ Below m, the absorption rate is high. Stable physical properties, able to withstand hot pressure sterilization and low-temperature freezing. Application example: Fat emulsion infusion for injection. Each mole of Pluronic L65 can solubilize 1.3mol of salicylic acid, and each mole of Pluronic F68 can solubilize 0.93mol of salicylic acid, indicating the stable solubility of salicylic acid in different concentrations of Pluronic. The solubility of salicylic acid in Pluronic per minute (mg/ml x 10000).
